Abstract

The problem of the macro-scale operations technology storing mechanism is present in the vehicle outside mirror device. According to the invention, a clutch mechanism (15) of an electric storing unit (3) comprises a clutch gear (32) and a clutch frame (35), which are in the connecting state by the active force, and in the breaking state after applying the force (outside force) exceeding the scheduled value on a mirror module (2). A guide hole part and a guide protruding part (42) are respectively arranged on the part nearer to the inner side than the circumferential surface of the clutch gear (32) and the part nearer to the inner side of the circumferential surface of the clutch frame (35). Therefore, according to the invention, the shape of the clutch gear (32) is made smaller than that of the present gear, thereby miniaturizing the electric storing unit (3).
在现有的车辆用外后视镜装置中存在储藏机构大型化的问题。本发明其电动储藏单元(3)的离合器机构(15)包括离合器齿轮(32)和离合器架(35)。离合器齿轮(32)和离合器架(35)通过作用力成为连接状态,而且在对镜组件(2)施加规定值以上的力(外力)时成为断开状态,在比离合器齿轮(32)的外周面还靠内侧的部分和比离合器架(35)的外周面还靠内侧的部分分别设有导向孔部(43)和导向凸部(42)。其结果,本发明能够将离合器齿轮(32)的外形做成比现有的齿轮片的外形还小,所以能够小型化电动储藏单元(3)。
