Abstract

本发明公开了长冲程液压抽油机,它包括机架、抽油杆、其内装有配重的配重箱,它还包括油箱、进液口与所述的油箱相连的液压泵,液压泵的出口和一个液压换向阀的一个入口相连,换向阀的两个出口分别通过管线与竖式安装在所述的机架上的第一、二液压缸相连,液压缸的活塞杆分别通过第一吊重带与分别安装在机架上的第一、二小滚筒绕线轮相连,一个其上装有第二吊重带的第一、二大滚筒绕线轮分别与所述的第一、二小滚筒绕线轮同轴安装在所述的机架上,所述的抽油杆、配重箱分别连接在所述的第二吊重带上。采用本装置能实现标准化、模块化生产、制造成本低、运行更加安全;并且抽油杆运动距离长于活塞杆的运动距离,实现抽油机长冲程作业,降低能耗。
The invention discloses a long-stroke hydraulic pumping unit, comprising a frame, a sucker rod and a weight box which is provided with a counterweight, and also comprises an oil box, a liquid inlet and a hydraulic pump connected with the oil box, wherein, an outlet of the hydraulic pump is connected with an inlet of a hydraulic reversing valve; two outlets of the reversing valve are connected with a first hydraulic cylinder and a second hydraulic cylinder which are vertically arranged on the frame through pipelines respectively; a piston rod of the first hydraulic cylinder and a piston rod of the second hydraulic cylinder are connected with a first doffer bobbin winder and a second doffer bobbin winder which are arranged on the frame through a first carrying belt respectively, a first swift bobbin winder and a second swift bobbin winder which are provided with a second carrying belt respectively are coaxially arranged on the frame respectively with the first doffer bobbin winder and the second doffer bobbin winder; and the rocker rod and the weight box are connected with the second carrying belt respectively. With the adoption of the long-stroke hydraulic pumping unit, standardized and module production, low manufacturing cost and safer operation can be realized; moreover, the moving distance of the sucker rod is longer than the moving distance of the piston rod, thereby realizing long-stroke operation of the pumping unit, and reducing energy consumption.
