Abstract

一种机动车油门开度传感器,用于摩托车,尤其是化油器摩托车上,具有转动轮盘和微动开关,转动轮盘通过定位销安装在底板上,转动轮盘与底板之间设有复位弹簧,在转动轮盘上设有拉索导向槽及固定孔;微动开关固定在转动轮盘的旁边,在转动轮盘的外周面沿周向设有至少两段具有不同半径的连续圆弧面,微动开关的滚轮与该连续圆弧面接触。本发明能准确获取油门开度信息,结合发动机转速以更真实地反映出发动机的负荷状况,使发动机按最佳点火提前角的变化规律来点火成为可能,传感器的结构简单、安装方便。
The invention discloses a vehicle throttle opening sensor used for motorcycles, particularly in carburetor motorcycles. The sensor is provided with a rotating rotary table and a microswitch, wherein, the rotating rotary table is installed on a bottom plate by a locating pin; an offsetting spring is arranged between the rotating rotary table and the bottom plate; a pulling rope guide slot and a fixing hole are arranged on the rotating rotary table; the microswitch is fixed beside the rotating rotary table; at least two sections of consecutive circular faces are arranged at the peripheral surface of the rotating rotary table along the circumferential direction; a roller of the microswitch is contacted with the consecutive circular faces. The sensor can accurately obtain the information of the throttle opening, reflect the load situation of the engine more factually by combining with the rotating speed of the engine and ensure that igniting the engine according to the change law of the advance angle of the best igniting is possible. The sensor has simple structure and convenient installation.
