Energy-saving manufacturing method of cathode plate for electrolyzing zinc

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for making an energy-saving type negative plate used for electrolyte zinc. The method comprises the following steps that: an aluminum plate has both sides pre-drilled and hot-pressed with utilizing materials for making insulated bars; in the hot-pressing process, the materials pass through holes and naturally form rivets which firmly fix the insulated bars on the aluminum plate; holes are drilled in advance at the position where the aluminum plate and an electrically conductive beam are cast together, and in the process of casting, aluminum liquid in the aluminum beam pass through the holes and naturally forms aluminum rivets; the joint between the aluminum plate and the beam adopts the intermittent welding; and an electrically conductive clip and the electrically conductive beam are drilled and are tightly connected by bolts, and the joint between the aluminum beam and the electrically conductive clip adopts the flash welding or the explosion welding. The negative plate made by the method has the advantages of lowering labor intensity of workers, reducing use costs, improving production efficiency and prolonging service life.
本发明公开了一种节能型电解锌用阴极板的制造方法,包括:铝板两侧预先钻孔后、用制作绝缘条的原料进行热压,在热压过程中原料穿过孔自然形成铆钉将绝缘条牢牢地固定在铝板上。铝板与导电梁铸在一起位置预先钻孔,铝梁在浇涛过程中铝液穿过孔自然形成铝铆钉,在铝板与梁的联接处采用断续焊接。在导电夹与导电梁上钻孔,用螺栓将两者联接加固,铝梁与导电夹之间的联接采用闪光焊或爆炸焊。本方法制造的阴极板能降低工人劳动强度,使用成本低,生产效率高及使用寿命长。
