Method for preparing hydrogen peroxide by using naphtha cracking tail gas

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for producing hydrogen peroxide with the naphtha cracking off-gas, which includes the following steps: 1.Light oil and liquid ammonia gasified are fed into a blender according to the weight ratio of 1:3-3.3, then the mixture is fed into a cracking furnace containing refinery coke catalyzer for scission reaction; 2. The deamination of the cracking outcome is carried out and then the the cracking outcome is absorbed by cold water and divided into liquid phase and gas phase, wherein, the liquid phase is resolved into finished product of hydrocyanic acid, the gas phase will be treated in the next step; 3. The gas phase generated in the step 2 is treated by alkaline washing and purified by membrane separation to collect the hydrogen gas; 4. The hydrogen gas collected in the step 3 is fed into a hydrogen peroxide production device as the hydrogen source, then the hydrogen peroxide can be obtained after the hydrogenation, oxygenation, extraction, purification and concentration. The invention can avoid waste of resources, reduce air pollution and can reduce the manufacturing cost of the product at the same time.
本发明公开了一种利用轻油裂解尾气制备过氧化氢的方法,它包括以下步骤:a.轻油、气化后的液氨,按照1∶3~3.3的重量比通入混合器混合,混合进入装有石油焦催化剂的裂解炉进行裂解反应;b.裂解物经脱氨、冷水吸收后,分为液相和气相,其中的液相经解析为氢氰酸成品,其中的气相待处理;c.将b步中所产生的气相经碱洗、膜分离净化处理后,收集氢气;d.将c步中所收集的氢气打入过氧化氢生产装置作为生产过氧化氢的氢源,经氢化、氧化、萃取、净化、浓缩后获得过氧化氢。本发明可以避免资源浪费、减少空气污染,同时还可降低产品的制造成本。
